  • Yep! We’re fully mobile, which means we come to your home, workplace, or local café to fix your device on the spot. No need to find a store or wait in line.

    We offer a free ‘come to you’ or pickup service within 20km of Launceston.

  • Most repairs (like screen or battery replacements) take 30–60 minutes. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book, and we aim to get you back up and running fast.

  • We fix iPhones, iPads, Samsungs, Google Pixels, Oppo’s, Macbooks and other major brands. If it’s got a screen, there’s a good chance we can sort it.

  • Absolutely. All our repairs come with a 6 to 12-month warranty, so you can rest easy knowing you’re covered if anything goes wrong.

  • We keep it easy! You can pay on the spot with card, cash, or bank transfer, whatever suits you best. We also offer Afterpay for repairs and purchases, so you can stay connected and pay later.
